Iranian national soccer team is currently playing in the Asia Cups finals in Australia and the players have been warned not to take selfies with female fans. Iran says it is against their 'moral principles' and any player caught taking selfies with 'female' fans will be punished. They don't mind them taking selfies with male fans though.

TV personality Jessi Cruickshank exposes false Canadian celebs humblebrags

Jessi CruickshankIn an interview with Tribute, Jessi had this to say about canadian celebs humblebrags;

As reported by Tribute:

First off you can tell us what’s a humblebrag and how do you spot one?
Yes, good question. I personally really feel that the humblebrag is the new selfie. It just was added to the Oxford English Dictionary so if that’s not an indication of its mass popularity I don’t know what else is. I like to define a humblebrag as a social media post that lets everybody know how awesome you are, how gorgeous you look or how amazing your life is. But it’s undercut with a little dose of faux humility.

What are the top things you think Canadians humblebrag about?
Well, Virgin Mobile Canada did a study on humblebragging in Canada to try and figure out the good, the bad and the unfollow-worthy habits of Canadian humblebraggers. They found that 44 per cent of Canadians – so that’s almost half of the population – admit to humblebragging. The study found that almost half of all those humblebrags are about someone’s appearance, followed by materialistic items, like posting pictures of your new shoes or purse, and then finally location, so if you’re on a cruise or you’re court side at a Raptors’ game. That’s sort of the order of what people humblebrag about in Canada.

"Glee" star Naya Rivera has stopped Beliebing!
While guest co-hosting "The View" on Thursday, Naya had some choice words for Justin Bieber.
"I care less about the Photoshop than I do with like shirtless selfie, like, it's annoying and you look like a douchebag. It's like girls don't want to date guys that are constantly in a mirror, like, looking. Stop. Go fix something in the house. That's hotter," she said of The Biebs' photo antics.

The Selfie craze is leading to more plastic surgeries in the world.

Ever since Ellen Degeneres broke Twitter with the Academy Awards Selfie and Kim Kardashian-West discovered her best Selfie side and pout, the self-portrait has been sweeping the world, one click at as time.

However, recent reports have shown that the rise in Selfies has also caused an increase in plastic surgeries in the world. According to Reuters.com, plastic surgeons have reported that they have experienced a boom in business with more and more people coming to them to have surgeries ranging from an eye lid lift to Rhinoplasty (nose reconstruction).

One of those cases was that of New-York-based Dental Hygienist Jennifer Reynolds, who was uncomfortable with her looks and never took Selfies or liked being tagged in photos. The 34-year-old reached out to a surgeon to have her nose fixed and now feels more comfortable about her looks.
