Pray for Oklahoma

A monstrous tornado almost a kilometre wide roared through Oklahoma City suburbs Monday, flattening entire neighbourhoods and destroying an elementary school with a direct blow as children and teachers huddled against winds up to 322 km/h. At least 51 people were killed including 7 elementary school students, and officials said the death toll was expected to rise.

More than 38,000 electricity customers in Oklahoma are without power, according to local power providers. An estimated 300 homes were damaged or destroyed across Oklahoma  as dozens are injured. #Pray for Oklahoma, it could have been your city.
