Justin Bieber's Manager Marries Yael Cohen

Yael Cohen, the founder of Fuck Cancer, married Justin Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun in a star-studded Whistler ceremony over the weekend.

According to celebrity website TMZ, the couple wed in front of a crowd that included actors Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson and Sophia Bush, and singers Ed Sheeran, Justin Bieber and Carly Rae Jepsen.

When Braun kissed his tanned bride, who was wearing a strapless mermaid-style weddding dress with a long train, Bieber -- sitting toward the back of the group assembled for the outdoor wedding -- broke into song.

His choice: “All You Need is Love” by The Beatles

The wedding had Jewish traditions that included the couple taking their vows under a Chuppah.
Yael Cohen, 27, is known for her role as founder and CEO of the charity Fuck Cancer, which despite a controversial start due to its shocking name has raised millions for cancer research. The charity’s goal is to encourage young people to talk to their parents about cancer and encourage them to get regular medical checks.

Cohen moved to Vancouver when she was eight and went on to earn a degree at UBC in political science, before turning her attention to fundraising in 2009 after her mom developed cancer. Her mother survived. She is known for her love of Whistler.

The pair began dating in early 2013 and were engaged in January.

Jepsen, a client of Braun, sang her classic “Call Me Maybe,” along with Bieber, at the after party.

Braun, 33, is credited with spotting Bieber on YouTube when the controversial star was just 12.
