Kuwait’s national women’s team endured a game to forget last week, losing 21-0 at home to Jordan in an Asian Cup qualifier.
Whilst the scoreline sounds ridiculous, the visitors were chasing a victory by 18 goals or more to move top of the table – and they dominated from start to finish. 6-0 up after 20 minutes, Jordan showed absolutely no mercy on their opponents, whose notably small goalkeeper could do absolutely nothing to stop the barrage of shots from flying in.
The fact that the woman between the sticks is about 5ft tall does not help, and neither does the fact that she’s useless. Some of the goals conceded really do have to be seen to be believed. And, luckily for you, we’ve got them all below.
