Alberta Sets Guinness World Records

Finnegan, an Irish Wolfhound who calls Calgary home, currently holds the record for World's Longest Dog Tail.
It's been a world record-smashing kind of week in Calgary.

This week alone, Calgarians captured Guinness World Records for Longest Lemonade Stand, Most People Dressed Like Batman, and World's Longest Dog Tail. (Which makes us wonder, could there be a more eclectic mix?)

But this week's run of extraordinary performances aren't the first records to be set, and they certainly won't be the last. People across the province have been churning out world records for years, for hockey (obviously), pancakes (Albertans sure do love pancakes), and more.
