TV Host Janice Dickinson is latest Cosby accuser

William Cummings, USA TODAY
TV host and model Janice Dickinson is the latest woman to accuse comedian Bill Cosby of sexual assault.

Dickinson, now 59, told Entertainment Tonight in an interview that aired Tuesday that Cosby assaulted her in 1982 after a dinner in Lake Tahoe where Cosby was performing. According to Dickinson, Cosby gave her a pill and a glass of red wine, after she complained of stomach pains.

When she awoke the next morning, "I wasn't wearing my pajamas, and I remember before I passed out that I had been sexually assaulted by this man," Dickinson told Entertainment Tonight.

The last thing Dickinson says she remembered was, "Bill Cosby in a patchwork robe, dropping his robe and getting on top of me. And I remember a lot of pain."

Dickinson also told Entertainment Tonight that she submitted a draft of her 2002 autobiography No Lifeguard on Duty: The Accidental Life of the Word's First Supermodel, which included a description of the assault, but she says Cosby's lawyers pressured her and HarperCollins to remove the allegation, according to Entertainment Tonight.

Ebola Skit: Comedian on Differences between UK & US Coverage of Crisis

It’s been difficult to find anything funny about Ebola, which has killed thousands of people in West Africa, including Nigeria. British comedian Russell Howard explored the difference between the UK & US coverage of Ebola on BBC’s Good News, in a clip that has gone viral.

He analyzed the British as calm, while the US is in a frenzy, including an African-American man who doesn’t seem to understand anything about the virus at all, saying amongst other things,
“The first victim is a black man, that gives white b**ches an excuse not have sex with black guys now.”
Around the 3 minute mark, the virus under the microscope speaks in the stereotypical ‘African’ accent used in many foreign TV shows … Modern Family anyone?

The comedian also talked about Dele Adebola, a Birmingham City footballer who had to assure his Twitter fans “I don’t have ebola.” … because his name is AdeBOLA.

Ottawa Shooting | UK Comedian Russell Brand Diss Stephen Harper Reaction to Attack

STEPHEN HARPER RUSSELL BRAND

A British celebrity isn't wowed by Prime Minister Stephen Harper's handling of the aftermath of the shooting of an honour guard at the National War Memorial.

Harper's address to Canadians after Wednesday's deadly rampage that included a gunfight on Parliament Hill was the subject of "The Trews," comedian Russell Brand's YouTube series in which he dissects media coverage of current events.

"The incidents in Ottawa are being used to advance a narrative that will not only entitle them to further wars abroad, but will entitle them to inhibit our freedoms," Brand says in the Oct. 23 episode.

He says Harper's repeated emphasis on terrorism and Islam are a subtle way of advancing a Conservative political agenda focused on increased military deployment.

Brand, who has produced 174 episodes of "The Trews" since it debuted this past February, has only recently become widely known for his political engagement.

Brand went on to contrast the political reaction to Cpl. Nathan Cirillo's slaying at the National War Memorial with the reaction after Justin Bourque's shooting rampage in Moncton, N.B. earlier this year, in which three RCMP officers were gunned down.

Brand concluded the Moncton shooting didn't receive the same degree of attention from Harper because it was perpetrated by a disaffected white Canadian rather than someone believed to have ties to a perceived foreign enemy.

Joan River's Daughter Inherits $110 Million From Estate

Sizable amount: Melissa Rivers allegedly has inherited the bulk of her late mother Joan's multi-million dollar estateMelissa Rivers allegedly has inherited the bulk of her late mother Joan's multi-million dollar estate.

According to Us Weekly, the 46-year-old will inherit $75 million in cash as well as her mother's $35 million New York apartment.

Melissa's 13-year-old son Cooper has received his own bequest, a source told the publication.

But inheriting her mother's sizable estate hasn't brought much comfort to Melissa.
'It's no consolation for losing her mother so soon,' said the source.

Meanwhile, the world will never know what action killed the comedian after a routine surgery, because her heartbroken daughter told doctors NOT to perform an autopsy.

Joan died last month after a throat surgery left her brain dead.

Her daughter was left so despondent by her mother's sudden and unexpected passing that she specifically requested no autopsy be conducted, TMZ reports.

Comedians Scandal | Hannibal Burruss calls Bill Cosby a rapist

We love Bill Cosby but can't stand trying to disrespect  the legend he is.. And that was exactly what comedian Hannibal Burruss did during his stand up comedy routine in Philadelphia some days ago. The Eric Andre Show co-host, referred to Bill Cosby as a rapist. What he told the crowd below.

"Bill Cosby has the f–ing smuggest old black man public persona that I hate. ‘Pull your pants up, black people. I was on TV in the '80s. I can talk down to you because I had a successful sitcom.’
"Yeah, but you raped women, Bill Cosby. So, it brings you down a couple notches….I don't curse on stage. But yeah, you're a rapist.”

“I want to just at least make it weird for you to watch ‘Cosby Show' reruns. If you don't know about it, trust me. When you leave here, Google ‘Bill Cosby rape.’ That shit has more results than Hannibal Buress.

Tyrese Go Hard On Comedian Who Accused Him Of Gay Sex

"You're done in this town" Tyrese threatens comedian who accused him of gay sex.  Relatively unknown comedian Spanky Hayes (pictured right) went on radio some days ago to claim that Tyrese Gibson went the extra mile (sucking d***) to secure the lead role in Baby Boy...

Spanky told his listeners,
"I had an audition it was 30 stars there. There were so many stars there that I was like, I don't f*ckin belong here. Three weeks later, it was me and another person - now we're the best two people that's there. He gets up he reads, I'm thinking 'F*ck, I'm not gonna get his.' Then I get up and I read, and I shock myself."
"We both sit down and the [producer] goes, 'I love both of you guys, both of you are talented. But which one of you guys is gonna suck my c*ck."
"I busted out laughing because a m*thaf*cka ain't never talk to me like that. And what f*cked me up though is that other dude wasn't laughing. . . . And I looked at both of them, and was like aww hell naw. And to keep it real, he got the leading role . . .. BABY BOY."

Update: Joan Rivers cause of death finally released...lack of oxygen to the brain

Now we finally know what killed legendary comedienne and Fashion Police host, Joan Rivers. It was lack of oxygen to the brain while under propofol

According to TMZ,
She died because she went into hypoxic arrest during her throat procedure ... cutting off oxygen to her brain -- but the medical examiner is calling it a "predictable complication."
The New York City Office of Chief Medical Examiner released its findings today, revealing that Joan was sedated with Propofol during the procedure.
The investigation also revealed Joan had the procedure to evaluate changes in her voice and to deal with acid reflux.
Joan suffered brain damage due to lack of oxygen. As for the "predictable complication" ... it appears the Examiner is saying her cause of death is simply a risk associated with either anesthesia, the procedure, or both.

Walmart Blames Tracy Morgan For The Accident That Nearly Ended His Life

tracyEver since the horrific six-vehicle crash that took the life of comedian Jimmy Mack and nearly killedTracy Morgan, we’ve been cautiously and optimistically following Morgan recovery. When last we checked in, comedian Neal Brennan offered a funny anecdote that indicated Morgan is — at least on the humor side — back to his old self.

Which brings us to the inevitably icky part of the saga: the legal proceedings. Morgan sued Walmart back in July, claiming their driver, Kevin Roper, was doing 65 MPH in a 45 MPH zone and had been awake for more than 24 hours (and driving for more than nine consecutive hours) when he slammed one of the company’s trucks into the back of Morgan’s limousine.
Yesterday, Walmart finally fired back, essentially claiming that everything would be okay if Tracy and his friends had just buckled up:

Doctor who performed throat procedure on Joan Rivers fired

And the drama unfolds. TMZ just broke the news that the doctor who performed the endoscopy on late legendary comedian Joan Rivers at Yorkville Endoscopy, NY, has been fired by the clinic's board.
Dr. Lawrence Cohen stepped down after the board asked him to do so - however, the board isn't directly blaming him for Joan's death..
A rep for the clinic confirmed he was ousted from his position as medical director. According to our sources ... the board's issue with Cohen is that he allowed Joan's doc to step in and perform an unauthorized procedure. Reportedly, that procedure was a biopsy ... and Joan went into respiratory and cardiac arrest while it was being done. Cohen is a world renowned gastroenterologist ... and also co-owner of Yorkville. He's been on administrative leave since Joan's procedure on August 28.

Joan Rivers Last Wish Will Crack You Inside

Joan Rivers funeral wish - Valentino, Beyonce's hair, Meryl Streep crying. Above is Joan River's funeral requests written in her 2012 book, I Hate Everyone...Starting With Me. Meanwhile it's been revealed that her funeral will take place on Sunday September 7th at the Temple Emanu-El in New York. See some more memorable quotes from the book  below

On what she wants for her own funeral
"When I die, I want my funeral to be a huge showbiz affair with lights, cameras, action...I want Craft services, I want paparazzi and I want publicists making a scene! I want it to be Hollywood all the way. I don't want some rabbi rambling on;

I want Meryl Streep crying, in five different accents. I don't want a eulogy; I want Bobby Vinton to pick up my head and sing "Mr. Lonely." I want to look gorgeous, better dead than I do alive. I want to be buried in a Valentino gown and I want Harry Winston to make me a toe tag. And I want a wind machine so that even in the casket my hair is blowing just like Beyoncé's."

On obituaries
"I love the obituaries. To me, obituaries are just wedding announcements without the pictures. I read the obituaries carefully, the way Lindsay Lohan reads her Miranda rights."

Breakingnews: Joan Rivers Finally Pass Away At 81

Joan Rivers, the acid-tongued comedian whose unvarnished sense of humor drew criticism as well as laughs for decades, has died Thursday at age 81.

Rivers, who most recently co-hosted E!'s "Fashion Police," was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital in New York on Aug. 28, after she stopped breathing while undergoing throat surgery.

Born Joan Alexandra Molinsky in Brooklyn in 1933, Rivers broke into the spotlight with a 1965 guest appearance on "The Tonight Show." Though she would go on to frequently guest-host for host Johnny Carson, Rivers was banned from the late-night show after she bailed on her permanent guest-host position in order to launch a competing show on Fox. While her show, "The Late Show Starring Joan Rivers," was short-lived, her ban would last for more than two decades. Rivers returned to the "Tonight Show" again, earlier this year, briefly appearing with new host Jimmy Fallon on his first episode.

During her decades-long career, Rivers would often turn her abrasive style on herself, frequently joking about her appearance and plastic surgery.

"I've had so much plastic surgery, when I die they will donate my body to Tupperware," Rivers once wisecracked.

Her second husband, film and television producer Edgar Rosenberg, also factored into her barbs.
But when her sharp-tongued humor was turned outward the comedian often found herself under fire from those who considered her jokes insensitive. In recent years, the comedian was criticized for joking about Grammy-winning singer Adele's weight, as well as jokes about the Holocaust and the Ariel Castro kidnappings in Cleveland, Ohio.

Rivers was prone to dig her heels in when faced with criticism. Called out by the Anti-Defamation League foe her "vulgar and hideous" remarks about the Holocaust, Rivers replied, "This is the way I remind people about the Holocaust. I do it through humor."

Tragedy struck Rivers' life in 1987 when her second husband, Edgar Rosenberg (pictured below right with Rivers), committed suicide. Weighed down by health issues  — he suffered a heart attack in 1984 — he also grappled with emotional issues.

"He bottled everything up," Rivers told People, "bottled it up and killed himself at 62."

Rivers was nominated numerous times for a Daytime Emmy, winning in 1990 in the Outstanding Talk/Service Show Host category for "The Joan Rivers Show."

Her other television credits include "The Carol Burnett Show," "Hollywood Squares,"  "Saturday Night Live," "Nip/Tuck" and "The Ed Sullivan Show." She and her daughter Melissa co-starred on the reality series "Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best," and were longtime co-hosts of E!'s Oscars pre-awards coverage, while the elder Rivers went on to host red-carpet events for TV Guide Channel.

Throughout Rivers' long career, she also branched out into writing, penning a dozen books, including the mock memoir "The Life and Hard Times of Heidi Abramowitz" and the books "Diary of a Mad Diva," "Still Talking" and "Bouncing Back: I've Survived Everything & and I Mean Everything & and You Can Too!" As a recording artist, Rivers was nominated for a Grammy award for her comedy album "What Becomes a Semi-Legend Most?"
