Empire overtakes The Big Bang Theory as No.1 series on network TV

Empire has passed The Big Bang Theory as this season’s No. 1 rated series on broadcast television. Joe Adalian of Vulture tweeted the numbers out, showing that Empire scored a 6.9 and TBBT a 6.7 in the key 18-49 demographic.

Before Empire came on TV, the Big Bang Theory on CBS was the top rated series on broadcast television in the US. Well, not anymore. That title now belongs to Empire on Fox.

Looks like Chris Brown's probation revoked again. Now they want him locked up

Chris Brown was at a nightclub over the weekend where there was a shooting incident that left 5 people injured. For that they've revoked his probation and probation department wants him locked up

Chris Brown has had his probation revoked in the Rihanna case, in part because he was present at 2 separate nightclubs when people inside were shot, and officials are worried about more shootings and think Chris should serve time behind bars.

Chris showed up for a progress report Thursday, when the judge told him the probation report presented multiple problems. First, the report mentions the shooting last Sunday in San Jose when Chris was on stage. Five people were injured.  The judge also said the probation report expressed concern over another shooting at 1OAK during VMA weekend last August. Again, Chris was on stage and several people were shot, including Suge Knight.

ET- Not only is Game of Thrones one of television's most critically acclaimed series, the fantasy drama is also no slouch when it comes to being illegally downloaded.

In fact, the fourth season of the HBO hit was the year's most pirated TV series, the third consecutive year that GoT has earned that dubious honour.

According to stats from  TorrentFreak, Game of Thrones was downloaded an estimated 8.1 million times on BitTorrent to easily take the #1 spot. Coming in at a distant second was The Walking Dead, which had 4.8 million illegal downloads.

In addition, Game of Thrones also made Torrent history earlier this year when one episode was shared by more than 251,000 people simultaneously — an all-time torrenting record.
