MenTalk! Three Food To Eat To Make Your Manhood Grow Bigger

1. Bananas – Studies have suggested that men who successfully gain inches usually have healthy hearts. It has also shown that the potassium found in bananas aids in the health of the heart health and also helps one with proper blood circulation. With this good circulation of blood and a healthy heart, it makes p*nis growth achievable. Eating bananas will also help keep the body’s sodium level low which aids in the prevention of heart diseases and other related heart problems.

2. Salmon – This fish is rich in essential fatty oils such as omega and helps in developing the p*nis fast. These healthy fatty oils helps in the thinning of the blood (lower viscosity), which in turn aids in the circulation of blood around the body. Research has shown having a healthy blood flow is one of the main factors in achieving stronger, stiffer erections.

3. Onions – Well, many do not know but many of today’s top researchers believe that onions are also an essential food for healthy circulation of the blood. It also aids in the prevention of blood clots. This carries a great advantage to increasing the circulation of blood to the heart as well as the p*nis.

EJ Johnson
In August, Magic Johnson’s son EJ Johnson made a personal decision to have gastric sleeve surgery (where his stomach space was reduced by like 80% – to the size of a banana) and now, four months after, the 22-year-old Rich Kids of Beverly Hills still can’t stop gushing about his trimmer look.

Since having the surgery EJ has lost over 60 pounds and he looks so much slimmer, and he says he is happier.

His transformation is still amazing to see on the red carpet.

Talking about his new diet with People magazine, EJ Johnson stated that he eats a bowl of cereal for breakfast, followed by yogurt or string cheese for a snack; for lunch, he eats a tuna or chicken salad with a protein shake or yogurt as a snack; and for dinner, he eats lean protein such as fish or chicken with a side of vegetables.  He has also cut out alcohol, bread, fried foods and foods with high sugar content.

New Study Shows Copious Exercise After Menopause Cuts Risk of Heart Problems

?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
A recent study released in the United States has showed that women who exercise regularly after menopause reduce their risk of heart problems.

The Professional Association of German Internists (BDI) said on Tuesday in Munich that even walking briskly for more than 10 minutes daily helps the heart.

BDI said this has become imperative because heart problems affecting older women include atrial fibrillation (AF), a common type of irregular heartbeat.

The institute said in a report that Stanford University School of Medicine in California monitored 81,000 postmenopausal women between the ages of 50 and 79.

Nutrition Tips! The Seven Benefits Of Walnuts

Walnuts belong to the tree nut family, along with Brazil nuts, cashews, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, pine nuts, and pistachios. Each has its own unique nutritional profile.

According to Dr Mercola One-quarter cup of walnuts, for instance, provides more than 100 percent of the daily recommended value of plant-based omega-3 fats, along with high amounts of copper, manganese, molybdenum, and biotin. Some of the most exciting research about walnuts includes:

1. Cancer-Fighting Properties
Walnuts may help reduce not only the risk of prostate cancer, but breast cancer as well. In one study, mice that ate the human equivalent of 2.4 ounces of whole walnuts for 18 weeks had significantly smaller and slower-growing prostate tumors compared to the control group that consumed the same amount of fat but from other sources. Overall the whole walnut diet reduced prostate cancer growth by 30 to 40 percent. According to another study on mice, the human equivalent of just two handfuls of walnuts a day cut breast cancer risk in half, and slowed tumor growth by 50 percent as well.

2. Heart Health
Walnuts contain the amino acid l-arginine, which offers multiple vascular benefits to people with heart disease, or those who have increased risk for heart disease due to multiple cardiac risk factors.
If you struggle with herpes, you may want to avoid or limit walnuts, as high levels of arginine can deplete the amino acid lysine, which can trigger herpes recurrences.

Walnuts also contain the plant-based omega-3 fat alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which is anti-inflammatory and may prevent the formation of pathological blood clots. Research shows that people who eat a diet high in ALA are less likely to have a fatal heart attack and have a nearly 50 percent lower risk of sudden cardiac death.

Eating just four walnuts a day has been shown to significantly raise blood levels of heart-healthy ALA, and walnut consumption supports healthful cholesterol levels.

Separate research showed that eating just one ounce of walnuts a day may decrease cardiovascular risk, and among those at high cardiovascular risk, increased frequency of nut consumption significantly lowers the risk of death.

The global cost of obesity has risen to $2 trillion annually — nearly as much as smoking or the combined impact of armed violence, war and terrorism, according to a new report released Thursday.

The McKinsey Global Institute consulting firm’s report focused on the economics of obesity, putting it among the top three social programs generated by human beings. It puts its impact at 2.8 per cent of global gross domestic product.

“Obesity isn’t just a health issue,” one of the report’s authors, Richard Dobbs, said in a podcast. “But it’s a major economic and business challenge.”

The company says 2.1 billion people — about 30 per cent of the global population— are overweight or obese and that about 15 per cent of health care costs in developed economies are driven by it.

Seven Dangerous Acts After Meal

1. Don’t smoke —- Experiments from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher)

2. Don’t eat fruits immediately — Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Thre fore take fruits 1 -2 hours after meal or 1 hour before meal.

3. Don’t drink tea—— Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the protein content in the food we consume to be hundred thus difficult to digest.

4. Don’t loosen your belt———- Loosening the belt after meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted and blocked.

Health | The risk of drinking too much milk

Drink lots of milk to strengthen your bones and boost your health, doctors say.

But a study in The BMJ medical journal Wednesday said Swedes with a high intake of cow’s milk died younger — and women suffered more fractures.

The findings may warrant questions about recommendations for milk consumption, although further research is needed, its authors said, as the association may be purely coincidental.

A Swedish team used data taken from 61,000 women aged 39-74 and monitored for about 20 years, and more than 45,000 men aged 45-79 followed for 11 years.

The volunteers gave details about diet and lifestyle, body weight, smoking habits, exercise frequency, education level and marital status.

By the end of this long study period, 25,500 of the group had died and 22,000 had suffered a fracture.

Higher milk intake was not accompanied by a lower risk of fractures but “may be associated with a higher rate of death”, the study said.

Beverage Giants To Cut Calories To Reduce Risk of Obesity

U.S. soft-drinks giants promised to work to reduce the country’s beverage calorie consumption by 20 percent by 2025 in a campaign to counter obesity trends.

Coca-Cola, PepsiCo and Dr. Pepper Snapple pledged to provide smaller-sized bottles, and more water and other low- or no-calorie beverages, to the market to help bring down per-person consumption of their high-sugar drinks.

They also agreed to better publicize calorie counts on vending machines, retail coolers and all drink-vending equipment controlled by the companies.

Appearing at an event organized by the Clinton Global Initiative in New York, representatives from each signed a voluntary initiative to employ marketing and consumer outreach to prod consumers to drink fewer sugary drinks and promote calorie awareness.

The goal is to cut calories from drinks by 20 percent per person within a decade.

The initiative comes as Coca-Cola, PepsiCo and others struggle with flagging sales in their home market. Coca-Cola reported flat sales in North America in the most recent quarter.

Regulators in New York City, California and other venues have proposed measures to cut drink size or enhance labeling requirements.

The companies also said they would intensify awareness campaigns and promotion of healthier beverages in communities where there have been fewer options to often sugar-laden soft drinks.

They will retain an independent evaluator to track progress, in conjunction with an advocacy group set up by the Clinton Foundation, founded by former president Bill Clinton, and the American Heart Association.

Public health advocates said the measures did not go far enough.

Unbelievable Weight Lost | How Toronto Man Dropped 215 Pounds

WHO: Matthew Jones
AGE: 25
CITY: Toronto

By The Numbers: 450 at my heaviest, currently 235, for a total weight loss of 215 pounds in 18 months. (My lightest weight, however, was 190, so a total of 260 pounds in weight loss.)

The Weight Gain: Growing up, many of my family members were overweight, so there was always an abundance of food in the house. In addition, I was always one of the taller kids and could hide my weight. Once the weight started to show, I was picked on by the other kids and resorted to eating to fill the void.

By high school I was 6'3” but well over 300 pounds, and it continued until my first year of university when I hit 450 pounds.

The Final Straw: A combination of self-interest and the help of my friend Jared Heft. He was really concerned for me and looked out for me. In addition, I wanted to really enjoy everything my school (Western University) had to offer.

Tim Hortons Tells Nursing Mom In Ontario To Cover Up

TIM HORTONS

Tim Hortons has apologized to a breastfeeding mom after she was told to cover up at a local coffee shop in Tweed, Ontario, over the Labour Day weekend.

Megan Irvine, who runs a local breastfeeding support group , said Stacey Kennelly of North Bay, Ont., was travelling through the Tweed area on the Labour Day weekend and nursing her child while waiting in line at Tim Hortons.

"A female supervisor came over to her and said, 'I have to ask you to cover up while you're nursing’," Irvine said. "This mother knew her rights and said no."

In an e-mail statement, Kennelly said the supervisor was apparently told by a manager to tell her to cover up.

"So she asked to speak to the manager, he came over and said it was store policy for mothers to cover up," Irvine said.

Irvine's group held a breastfeeding protest outside and inside the Tim Hortons outlet on Sunday.
Gianna Petrella drove from Colborne, Ont., to be at the nurse-in.

“I thought the bigger the group, the bigger of a movement it would be. I try to do whatever I can to help society normalize breastfeeding,” she said.

Kennelly is now pursuing a complaint with the Ontario Human Rights Commission.
