A pastor has reportedly told women attending his church not to wear underwear so they can feel closer to God.
The strange request was apparently made by Reverend Njohi at his ministry in Nairobi, Kenya.
The female congregants were forbidden from wearing bras and underwear during his service at the Lord’s Propeller Redemption Church, according to the Kenyan Post.

FDA Says Female Sex Drive Drug Needs More Research
Sprout Pharmaceuticals announced Tuesday that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration gave the company "clear guidance" on "the path forward" for its drug to treat low libido in women, called flibanserin. The FDA had rejected an application to approve the drug last year, which Sprout appealed.

Police in Brandon took the rare step of charging a teen under the Criminal Code after swearing in a school.
The 17-year-old boy was screaming profanities inside Crocus Plains High School, in the western Manitoba city, on Monday.
Sgt. Michael Pelechaty said the school's resource officer took the boy into custody and he was formally charged with "causing a disturbance by swearing."
Game Of Political Football: Chrysler Abandons Bid For Canadian Aid
Chrysler Group LLC is withdrawing its request for funding from the federal and Ontario governments, but says it could begin making new investments for a new minivan assembly line at its Windsor, Ont. factory.The auto giant had asked for some $700-million in public funds to expand its operations in the province, most crucially at a minivan plant in Windsor. Chrysler had been willing to sink $3.6-billion into Windsor and Brampton, Ont.
But the company has now walked away from that request. “It is clear to us that our projects were being used as a political football, a process that, in our view apart from being unnecessary and ill-advised, will ultimately not benefit Chrysler,” the company said in a statement.

Both Rob and Doug Ford had nothing but good things to say about Jimmy Kimmel on Tuesday, a day after the Toronto mayor made an appearance on Kimmel's late-night talk show on ABC.
"That was a walk in the park compared to you guys," Mayor Rob Ford told Toronto reporters after returning from Los Angeles, where the show is taped.
The mayor was ridiculed by Kimmel for months before Monday's appearance. When Toronto's mayor was in the interview chair, the jokes at his expense continued.

Dead Soldier Gets 1-cent Cheque from Government of Canada, Was That A Joke?
The mother of a Hamilton soldier who committed suicide over two years ago is incensed that the federal government sent her dead son a cheque for one cent just a few days ago.
Cpl. Justin Stark, an infantry soldier with the Argyle and Sutherland Highlanders of Canada, killed himself in the John W. Foote VC Armouries in Hamilton in October 2011. He was 22 years old.
Stark’s mother Denise received a cheque in the mail from the federal government a few days ago — presumably for owed military pay — said Keven Ellis, the president of the North Wall Riders Association, a motorcycle club that supports soldiers and their families with fundraising and events.

Paul Lamere is the director of developer platform for The Echo Nest, a group that calls itself a "music intelligence company" for major music firms.
In his latest study, Lamere calculated the relative number of streams for a given artist for all 50 states, using a database of his clients' users.
The result: A map showing which artist enjoys the most outsized support in each state. To be clear, these aren't necessarily the most-listened-to bands in each state, but rather the bands that have unusually high support in each state. So for example, Vermonters skew more toward Phish than other Americans do, and Texans are bigger George Strait fans than anyone else.
His model also allows users to compare two states' favorites.
