ISIS militants publicly beheaded an elderly man in Raqqa, Syria, after accusing him of practicing witchcraft.
The unknown man was photographed as he was being executed, while a large crowd watched, Daily Mail reports.
Sources state that the barbaric execution comes just days after ISIS threw a man off a seven-storey building in Raqqa, after accusing him of engaging in a “homosexual affair.”
Located on the north bank of the Euphrates River, Raqqa is a city in Syria that has become the ISIS militants’ stronghold and de facto capital.
